NEW EYELID ASSESSMENT TECHNIQUE

A scientific paper entitled "Assessment of upper and lower lid margin with lissamine green" by Dr Michel Guillon and Dr Cécile Maïssa  has been accepted for presentation at the Annual Scientifing Meeting of the American Academy of Optometry held in Anaheim, California on October 22 nd to 25th 2008.

The paper describes an improved methodology to study the eyelids.  The findings are of interest to both contact lens practitioners and eye care professionals dealing with dry eye; the eyelids are structures that are often involved in contact lens no tolerance and dry eye complaints.

This year conference theme is "Today's Research, Tomorrow's Practice®", perfectly fitted to MICHEL GUILLON organisation that allies a leading research centre with a state of the art private practice.
