The company which was formed in 1987 includes two entertwined sections involved in synergic activities: an optometric  practice and an ophthalmic research / consultancy group.

The optometric practice, which operates as MICHEL GUILLON,  is a full service practice that incorporates a vision clinic with contact lenses, dry eye and ocular nutrition as specialities and a sports vision clinic.

The research and consultancy allies a research and development clinic and a biochemical analytical laboratory.  The principle areas covered are contact lenses, dry eyes, ocular optics, advanced vision and sports vision.
